Barry E. Levin

Barry E. Levin, M.D. is a Professor and the Vice Chair of the Department of Neurology and Neurosciences at the New Jersey Medical School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is also the Assistant Chief of Neurology at the E. Orange Veterans Administration Medical Center. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine and did his internship and residency in Medicine and Neurology at Cornell Affiliated Hospitals. His work focuses on the neural mechanisms of metabolic sensing  in the regulation of glucose and energy homeostasis.
